Image:
Brand image is perceived by the receiver / consumer.
Identity:
The general meaning of brand identity is “who you really are.”
Image:
The general meaning of brand image is “how the market perceives you.”
Identity :
It signifies “where the company wants to be.”
Image:
It signifies “what the company already has.”
Identity:
It is the total promise that a company makes to consumers.
Image:
It is the total consumers’ perception about the brand.
